As the operations manager, I oversee the day-to-day coordination of service, logistics, customer experience, and team operations to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and reliability. Some of you may know me from years of the conventions, a voice through the phone, or maybe I’m a completely new name and face. I have worked my way up from detailing, dispatching, reservations, chauffeuring and then landing back into the office over the last 14 years. Having grown up in the industry, I understand both the challenges and opportunities transportation companies face in todays’ evolving market. I am passionate about supporting strong relationships within the industry, improving operational standards, and helping companies grow through collaboration, leadership, and innovation. Tina Benson
Advisory Board
I have now sold my business and retired, after having been in the limousine industry since 1988, first as a general manager for other services and then as the owner of L.A. Limousine since 1992.
Starting as a one-car operation, I spent many years out in the field as a chauffeur, dispatcher and overseeing operations. I have been an active member of the NELA for many years, while building my business and raising my children. After my children became adults, it afforded me time to help out the association as a director on the board. I’ve served the last 16 years on the Board of Directors, most recently as 2nd Vice President, and Chair of the Chauffeur Appreciation Day event committee. I also enjoy participating and serving in several other committees. This organization continues to depend on the membership to come together as a unit to fight the current problems in our industry. I’d like to use my experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to help the NELA continue to grow and succeed in dealing with these issues.
